The Oil & Gas division of Eversendai was established in 2010 by the Malaysian-listed Eversendai Group, a leading global organisation in undertaking turnkey contracts; delivering highly complex projects with innovative construction methodologies for high rise buildings, power & petrochemical plants as well as composite and reinforced concrete building structures in the Asian and Middle Eastern regions.

Eversendai Offshore is an established Oil & Gas EPC contractor, specialising in complex fabrication projects, ranging from medium sized turnkey projects to large EPC projects from our facilities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) covering the MENA , Asia Pacific, Australasia & European markets as well as the United States of America (USA) & South America.

Our newly established fabrication facility in RAK Maritime City, Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the biggest in the region, having a land area of over 200,000m² with over 550m of exclusive quayside to specifically suit most onshore/offshore load out operations with capabilities extending beyond most fabrication companies in the region which complements our established ASME certified facility in Hamriyah Freezone, Sharjah, UAE as well as other fabrication facilities within the Eversendai Group in South East Asia, Qatar and India.

Eversendai Offshore’s core focus are in the areas of construction of New Build Jack-up Rigs including Upgrade/Refurbishment Rigs, EPC Fabrication Onshore/Offshore, Wellhead and Production Platforms, Offshore Structures & Foundation, Process Modules (including Early/Central Production Facilities, Separation, PWT, Compressors, Chemical Injection), Offshore Living Quarters, New Build Offshore Jack-up (Liftboats) as well as a range of Turnkey EPC Engineering services dedicated to the Oil & Gas sector.

Eversendai Offshore has completed several major EPC projects to date and are currently expanding the workforce and capabilities for further expansion plans moving forward with a target to become the Oil & Gas Fabrication of choice in the Middle East.
